The SensorDynamics 6-Degree of Freedom (DOF) Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) is capable of sensing rotation speed and acceleration along the three spacial axes. As a special feature this IMU offers continuously running selfdiagnosis without interrupting the measurement data flow.
