As far as I know, all Fujitsu-Siemens Stylistic ST50xx have a Mini-
PCI slot, generally to be filled with some WiFi card (plus their
"cable"-format antennas, to be diffused in the small space around
battery and hard disk).
You don't have to open the tablet to access the mini-PCI slot; you
only need to open one of the "bottom doors" to access it.
Below the Stylistic, there is a small cover (unscrew it to access the
RAM slots), and a larger cover (unscrew it to access the hard disk
and mini-PCI slot).
The larger cover has one of the screws covered by the silver-colored
sticker (the sticker containing "Serial No. YB... / FCC ... / Model /
OEM..." text). There is another sticker (dark gray), but it does not
have anything).
Those two covers are easy to manage (for RAM, hard disk and mini-PCI).
I do not recommend to open the entire Stylistic casing - except to
people having good tech/electronics experience. As I already pointed
out, the internal casing has no "user-hackable" parts (some expert
could find out the two "spare" USB heads, I was not able to find),
and has almost no space left (I was planning to add some GPS
receiver, but it turns out that it's simpler to buy some PCMCIA GPS
receiver card, or even simpler to buy some external bluetooth GPS
receiver).
